    Love my cane, but not the length, to long.

    I am a shorty (5,1,1/2) I ask for this cane to be sized at 33'', it is 36", has it been cut at all ?,can"t send it back, I will have to get it cut on my own. Shouldn't have to do that, this is not a cheap cane.
